Property & Forensic Assessing is a boutique firm specialising in the assessment of commercial property and financial losses. Our aim is to be agile to our clients’ specific needs, avoiding the pitfalls that can impact larger loss adjusting firms when trying to service high claim volumes.
Our Offering is simple. We focus strongly on a high level of service coupled with technical expertise gained by our Adjusters over many years.
We do more than assess claims. We embed ourselves into the claim from the outset to ensure that each claim is progressed in the most effective and cost efficient manner. This has the dual benefit of keeping the expectations of each stakeholder aligned and keeping claim life to a minimum.

Allan has 15 years experience in the insurance industry having first worked for a global Insurer as well as global and national loss adjusting firms. His experience includes the assessment of claims arising out of major catastrophes including Cyclone Larry in Innisfail (March 2006), Newcastle floods (June 2007) and Lismore floods (October 2007).
Allan has considerable experience in the assessment of commercial property and construction claims
and has developed a reputation for efficiently managing and resolving complex matters in these fields
for both local and international Insurers.
Allan continues to provide a high level of service and expertise in his assessment of property and construction claims.
After completing his accounting degree, Nick worked in both audit and tax accounting departments for major accounting firms. Nick has also worked in commercial business in both management and finance roles.
Nick is an accomplished Forensic Accountant and has been engaged by both the private and commercial sector to investigate matters involving employee fraud and also the verification of asset values involving shareholder disputes.
Nick has considerable experience in a variety of accounting and finance systems which enables him to review transactional data in an accurate and efficient manner.
Sara has worked in the Loss Adjusting industry for over 30 years in various senior Executive Assistant and administrative roles. She has considerable knowledge and experience with IT systems and processes and works closely with adjusters to ensure efficient and timely processing of claims, as well as communicating claim progress with all parties.

Terry is an Accounting major and has 27 years experience in the Loss Adjusting and Forensic Accounting fields. Terry has been appointed to many major and complex matters involving Property Damage, Loss of Profits and Fraud across the Government (State & Federal), Health, Manufacturing, Industrial, Hospitality and Retail sectors.
As a senior manager with a Global Chartered Loss Adjusting firm, Terry was responsible for the co-ordination and management of loss adjusting resources, including numerous catastrophe responses. In particular Terry played a major role in the co-ordination and assessment of business interruption losses arising from the Longford Gas Plant explosion.
Terry has considerable experience in the investigation and quantification of Property and Financial losses and he has provided expert reports and evidence to support insurance claims and criminal proceedings.
